About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing company in the lifestyle, sports, and consumer services industry, currently expanding its operations in Indonesia. The organization operates across multiple locations and is in a strong growth phase, building a solid people and operational foundation to support long-term scalability.
This role offers the opportunity to act as a hands-on HR partner, working closely with founders and business leaders while managing day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including administration, documentation, and employee records
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and junior to mid-level roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support manpower planning
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes across locations
  • Assist in performance review processes and employee evaluations
  • Handle employee relations, basic disciplinary cases, and issue resolution
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Ensure consistency in HR practices and discipline across multiple locations
  • Provide HR support to business leaders and operations teams
  • Track HR metrics and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR (Generalist, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition)
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end HR processes including recruitment and employee management
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with business teams
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, operations, and HR administration
  • Familiar with HR systems, SOPs, and local labor regulations
  • Background from well-known companies or tech startups is preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growth environment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta (Kemang area)
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
