Yasinta Indah Habsari

Yasinta is a Consultant specializing in HR recruitment, with extensive experience across HR Business Partnering, People Development, and HR Operations within both startups and large enterprise environments. With a background spanning tech, data, and venture-backed organizations, she brings a strong business-oriented approach to helping companies build and strengthen their HR functions.

Before joining WeNetwork, she served as HR Manager and Special Projects Lead at Nusa Data (Djarum Group), where she built HR infrastructures, led talent acquisition strategies, and supported organization-wide initiatives. She also worked as an independent HR Consultant for startups and gained early experience as a Tech Recruitment Consultant at EKRUT. Her certifications in CHRMP, HR Analytics, and ISO 27001 further strengthen her capability to support data-driven HR solutions.
