TA Business Partner (BATAM)

This role offers the opportunity to act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner, working closely with stakeholders and leadership teams while supporting hiring needs in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across business and technical functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide market insights including talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including screening, interview coordination, and offer process
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
- Collaborate with regional teams and support cross-border hiring initiatives when required
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and talent mapping
- Familiar with ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and hiring strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growth environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be based in or relocated to Batam
- Able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
