This role offers the opportunity to act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner, working closely with stakeholders and leadership teams while supporting hiring needs in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across business and technical functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market insights including talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including screening, interview coordination, and offer process
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with regional teams and support cross-border hiring initiatives when required
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing and talent mapping
  • Familiar with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and hiring strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growth environment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to be based in or relocated to Batam
  • Able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
