Sr. Spv Recruitment (Retail)

Our client is a fast-growing retail company undergoing significant business expansion. To support its continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline across multiple business functions.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment function across business, operations, and corporate support teams.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent and meet hiring targets.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines through employer branding, campus hiring, referrals, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment experience.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team while continuously improving recruitment processes and hiring effectiveness.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to support workforce planning and business expansion.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 - 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2–3 years leading a recruitment team.
• Strong experience handling both mass hiring and strategic hiring.
• Experience recruiting for operations, sales, retail, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Experience working in a fast-growing retail or multi-site business is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with ATS, recruitment analytics, and employer branding initiatives.
• Willing to travel for campus hiring, recruitment events, and business visits.
