Regional Payroll Executive (Singapore Support)

Our client is a well-established multinational company operating in a highly structured and compliance-driven environment. The organization works closely with regional teams across Asia and is currently strengthening its shared services capability by centralizing payroll operations in Indonesia.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to regional payroll operations, particularly supporting Singapore, while working closely with global stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labor regulations, tax, and statutory requirements
• Process payroll components including salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, and deductions
• Handle payroll for shift-based employees (e.g. 24/7 operations)
• Maintain and update payroll data in HRIS systems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Prepare payroll reports and support audit requirements when needed
• Respond to employee queries related to payroll, tax, and benefits in a clear and structured manner
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of payroll processes

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience handling Singapore payroll
• Good understanding of Singapore labor law and payroll regulations
• Experience managing payroll for medium to large headcount
• Exposure to MNC environment is preferred
• Experience handling shift-based workforce payroll is a strong advantage

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Mandarin is a plus for regional communication
