People & Organization Development Manager

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership in shaping people strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, and building scalable talent frameworks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall learning and capability development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term growth plans
  • Drive organizational effectiveness efforts, including structure review, culture development, and change initiatives across the business
  • Oversee the recruitment strategy and execution, ensuring quality hiring and strong employer branding across all business units
  • Develop and manage talent pipeline and succession planning, supporting leadership continuity and organizational sustainability
  • Facilitate career development and internal mobility programs, enabling employees to grow within the organization
  • Build initiatives that enhance workforce adaptability, ensuring readiness for evolving business challenges
  • Manage talent review and assessment processes, identifying high-potential employees and supporting workforce planning
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure in learning & development, organizational development, talent management, and recruitment
  • Experience in FMCG or fast-paced industries is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of talent frameworks, including performance management, competency development, and succession planning
  • Proven experience in managing teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into actionable people initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
