This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRGA Manager to partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving organizational transformation, strengthening employee relations, and establishing a modern HR framework.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions, including recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, organization development, general affairs, and CSR.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organization development initiatives, including KPI implementation, organizational restructuring, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Lead Industrial Relations matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while fostering strong employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Develop HR policies, processes, workforce analytics, and budgeting initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team while driving continuous improvement across all HR and GA functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading end-to-end HR functions within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong experience in Human Resources, General Affairs, Industrial Relations, and Organization Development.
- Proven experience driving organizational transformation, restructuring, KPI implementation, succession planning, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and employment regulations.
- Experience in HR budgeting, workforce planning, people analytics, and HR dashboard development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior management and drive organizational change.
- Willing to be based in Central Java
