About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established multinational company operating in the material handling automation and engineering industry. They are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support the day-to-day HR operations, with a primary focus on payroll administration while also supporting other HR functions.
This position is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy hands-on operational work, can work independently, and thrive in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Handle payroll calculations, including variable components such as allowances, overtime, incentives, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Administer PPh 21 calculations and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan (eDabu) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP) administration, including employee registration, updates, and claims.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave administration to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Process medical reimbursement claims and maintain related documentation.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and onboarding.
  • Assist the HRGA Manager in executing day-to-day HR operational activities and HR initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth HR operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or general industry environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration is a must.
  • Good understanding of PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan (eDabu), and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP).
  • Experience handling payroll with multiple variable components such as allowances, overtime, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Exposure to recruitment processes will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work full-time from the office (Monday–Friday).
