Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end HR strategy and operations, covering HR planning, HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement organizational structure, job architecture, grading, and manpower planning aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and employer branding to attract and retain quality talent.
  • Design and manage performance management and KPI systems to drive accountability and performance culture.
  • Develop and implement learning, development, and leadership pipeline programs.
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward structures ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian manpower laws, Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan), and HR SOPs.
  • Handle employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and termination processes in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Lead HR digitalization, HRIS implementation, people analytics, and automation of HR processes.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure strong execution and service quality.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or Head of HR role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, manpower planning, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian manpower laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience in building HR systems, structures, and processes in growing or transforming organizations.
  • Familiar with HRIS, payroll systems, people analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work full on-site and domiciled in East Jakarta or North Jakarta.
