The company is in the early stage of building its presence locally, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a build-from-scratch journey. This role will work closely with regional stakeholders while establishing the HR foundation in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions in Indonesia, including high-volume hiring when required
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, agencies, referrals, direct sourcing)
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding processes
- Track recruitment pipelines and hiring progress
- Act as the main HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in Indonesia
- Support managers on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and local labor practices
- Support implementation of regional or global HR initiatives locally
- Assist in organizational design and people planning
- Oversee office administration and daily operations for the Jakarta office
- Manage office vendors, facilities, and supplies
- Support onboarding logistics (workspace setup, access, equipment)
- Coordinate internal activities, meetings, and office operations
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia labor regulations and internal policies
- Coordinate with payroll and external vendors
- Support HR audits and reporting activities
- 5–8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or Generalist roles
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, including high-volume hiring
- Experience supporting business leaders in a growing organization
- Good understanding of Indonesia labor law and HR practices
- Experience in fintech, technology, startup, or fast-scaling environments is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable handling both strategic HR matters and operational tasks
