- Build trusted relationships with family shareholders and the Board.

Candidate Profile We are looking for an executive who possesses:
Experience
- Proven experience as a CEO, President Director, Group CEO, or equivalent senior executive.
- Track record of leading large and complex organizations.
- Experience driving business transformation, portfolio expansion, or diversification.
- Strong exposure to corporate strategy, operations, finance, and commercial leadership.
Leadership Capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate complex shareholder environments.
- Strong strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
- High emotional intelligence and executive maturity.
