She has successfully managed high-performing teams specializing in Commerce Finance and Legal recruitment at a global recruitment firm for over six years. Her experience spans various multinational companies, including BASF, Pfizer, and Danone, where she focused on commercial finance roles.

Karina holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, USA. She began her career in the Lifesciences industry in Los Angeles before returning to Indonesia, where she transitioned into recruitment.
