Antonio Mazza

Based in Jakarta, Antonio is the Co-Founder of WeNetwork with a strong background in connecting talent with high-growth opportunities. He holds a Master’s in International Business and a Bachelor’s in Political Science & International Relations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Italy.

Antonio began his career with the Italian Chamber of Commerce, facilitating partnerships between Italian businesses and local markets in Singapore and Indonesia. Transitioning to recruitment, he gained extensive experience in Indonesia with a global recruitment agency, specializing in general management roles within the technology sector.

He later built and led a highly successful team focusing on commercial and technical recruitment for Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Series-Funded startups.
