At WeNetwork, we believe that motherhood and leadership aren’t mutually exclusive—they’re deeply intertwined. This Mother’s Day, we’re shining a spotlight on three exceptional women in our team—Karina Saridewi (Co-Founder & Director), Marsela Sari (Senior Consultant), and Helena Loma (Consultant)—who lead with clarity, compassion, and courage.

Their stories are a celebration not just of working moms, but of the culture WeNetwork is proud to nurture: one that supports flexibility, trust, and female leadership at every level.

Karina4 | WeNetwork Saridewi: Scaling a Business While Raising a Family

As a co-founder, mom of two, and “general manager” of her household, Karina juggles multiple responsibilities every day. “Sometimes 24 hours just isn’t enough,” she shares. Her secret to staying centered? Reassessing her priorities using tools like the Eisenhower Matrix and fiercely protecting intentional time, especially with her children.

WeNetwork’s supportive culture plays a huge role: “My partners understand when I start work later to drop off my kids, or when I take extended leave during school holidays. That kind of trust makes it possible for me to thrive as both a mother and a leader.”

Karina’s advice to fellowmoms: “Find a work environment that embraces your dual identity. Your dreams don’t have to be put on hold.”

Mar6 | WeNetworksela Sari: Leading with Grace and Grit

Balancing recruitment and parenting is tough, especially with a special needs child at home. Marsela leans on her support system and WeNetwork’s flexibility to make it work. “They’ve been incredibly understanding and accommodating. That support helps me bring my best to both my roles.”

Whether she’s focusing on therapy sessions or catching up on work with a quiet determination, Marsela represents the kind of perseverance we deeply value at WeNetwork.

Her tip for others? “Define success on your terms. It’s not just about titles—it’s about impact and balance.”

Helena Loma: Intentional Living, Powerful Outcomes

Helena approach2 | WeNetworkes work and parenting with full presence and sharp organization. “I’ve learned to make every minute count—at home and with clients.” Her negotiation skills (honed through managing toddler meltdowns) have become one of her greatest strengths in consulting.

WeNetwork empowers her with the trust and flexibility she needs: “It’s never about hours clocked, but outcomes delivered. That level of respect makes a difference.”

WeNetwork’s Commitment to Female Leadership

These stories reflect more than personal grit—they reflect the environment we’ve built at WeNetwork. We’re proud to offer flexible work arrangements tailored to individual needs, foster a culture of trust, not micromanagement, celebrate women’s voices in leadership, consulting, and company decision-making as well as provide a space where motherhood is seen as a superpower, not a limitation.

We’re committed to creating a workplace where women, especially moms, can grow their careers without sacrificing their personal lives. Because when women rise, companies thrive.

To every mom chasing dreams while raising future leaders: we see you, we support you, and we celebrate you. Thank you for leading with heart, strength, and vision.

Happy Mother’s Day from WeNetwork. 💐
