Weโre grateful to have had over 100 leaders and professionals with us at our recent panel discussion. This event marked the second leadership series to close off the year 2024. The event was led by four amazing thought leaders who brought their unique insight to the floor.

- Salman Subakat: CEO of NSEI (Nurhayati Subakat Education Institute), part of ParagonCorp (recognized for its iconic brands such as, Wardah Beauty, Make Over, Emina Cosmetics, Kahf)
- Suryo Sasono: Chief Talent Officer of Bukalapak and ex Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Together, we explored key themes for strong, future-ready organizations: building purpose-led cultures, developing change strategies, and using systems thinking to solve complex problems. It was inspiring to see so much engagement and interest in shaping the next generation of leaders.
