Leading this expansion is Naishadh (Nai) Bhonsle, appointed as Managing Director for Malaysia. A true global citizen, Nai is a Canadian national who grew up in India and Thailand, educated in the US at the University of Texas at Austin. His international perspective is matched by a rich career spanning executive search, recruitment consulting, retail strategy, eCommerce, and business development, giving him a unique edge to drive WeNetwork’s success in this vibrant market.
Over the years, Nai has delivered senior-level marketing recruitment solutions in Malaysia while also consulting for retail businesses across Asia and North America. His expertise covers areas such as talent acquisition, retail buying, financial analysis, sales strategy, and advertising; all sharpened by leadership roles in high-growth environments.
As Malaysia becomes part of the WeNetwork story, this moment also sets the stage for an even bigger celebration, WeNetwork’s 5th Anniversary in September 2025, marking five years of connecting great talent with great companies across borders.
