Job Responsibilities:
- Business Setup & Strategy: Establish the operational framework and commercial strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share, expand client base, and drive revenue growth.
- Opportunity Identification: Explore and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and service lines to strengthen the group’s portfolio.
- Operational Excellence: Build and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability across functions.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across sales and operations to deliver on business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, regulators, and other key stakeholders to support business expansion.
- Performance Management: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and implement governance frameworks to ensure accountability and measurable impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in sales, operations, or business development, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building businesses from inception and driving commercial success.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s healthcare ecosystem and commercial dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into executable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
