We are partnering with one of Indonesia's leading payments and money movement fintechs to find their next VP of Product.
This is a rare opportunity to lead product at a company that moves money for millions of users and thousands of businesses every day, and to shape where the business goes next.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across consumer and B2B payment products.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high performing product management team.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, risk, and commercial leaders to deliver one cohesive roadmap.
- Define success metrics and own outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
- Deepen the disbursement, collection, and cross border remittance product lines to extend market leadership.
- Bring rigour to every product decision through data, experimentation, and a sharp understanding of the user.
- Represent the product organisation to executive leadership and key partners.
What We Are Looking For
- Over 16 years in product management, including senior leadership experience within fintech, ideally payments.
- A proven track record building and scaling payment products, whether B2B infrastructure or consumer facing, from early stage to real scale.
Experience hiring, leading, and growing product teams, with genuine people leadership. - Deep familiarity with the Indonesian or wider Southeast Asian fintech landscape, including its regulatory and risk considerations.
Strong commercial instinct and the ability to connect product outcomes directly to business growth. - Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at executive level.
