Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead and oversee operations across multiple business units within a holding company.
- Strong hands-on experience in 3PL / logistics operations, covering end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations.
- Experienced in managing Bonded Zone operations and related regulations.
- Strong understanding of customs clearance, import/export processes, and customs compliance.
- Proven experience managing multiple business units, teams, and operational functions simultaneously.
- Must have experience working within a holding company / multi-business-unit environment.
- Strong operational leadership with a hands-on and commercially driven approach.
- Able to drive operational efficiency, service quality, cost optimization, and business growth.
