Our client is a growing financial services organization. They are looking for a VP of HR to join their leadership team.

About the Role
This is a strategic HR role focused on building and strengthening talent and organizational development capabilities within a growing financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement talent management and learning frameworks, including initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Develop structured learning and capability-building programs aligned with organizational priorities and workforce development needs.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including aspects of organizational design and leadership capability development.
  • Collaborate with external institutions and partners to support joint talent and learning initiatives.
  • Engage with affiliated companies within the broader ecosystem to support leadership development and capability-building programs.
Key Competencies
  • Strong background in HR leadership, talent management, learning and development, or organizational development.
  • Experience designing and implementing people development frameworks and programs.
  • Ability to translate strategic ideas into practical initiatives and drive execution.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
  • Agile and hands-on approach, comfortable working in lean and evolving environments.
