Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent management and learning frameworks, including initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Develop structured learning and capability-building programs aligned with organizational priorities and workforce development needs.
- Support organizational development initiatives, including aspects of organizational design and leadership capability development.
- Collaborate with external institutions and partners to support joint talent and learning initiatives.
- Engage with affiliated companies within the broader ecosystem to support leadership development and capability-building programs.
- Strong background in HR leadership, talent management, learning and development, or organizational development.
- Experience designing and implementing people development frameworks and programs.
- Ability to translate strategic ideas into practical initiatives and drive execution.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
- Agile and hands-on approach, comfortable working in lean and evolving environments.
