About the Role:
My client is a prominent Indonesian conglomerate with diversified business investments in Indonesia,
They are seeking an experienced and proactive Training Manager to lead corporate learning operations, responsible for diagnosing performance gaps, managing training execution, and aligning workforce capabilities with business objectives. Rather than focusing on high-level curriculum design, this role emphasizes hands-on execution, diagnosing real performance gaps, and delivering impactful corporate training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Gap Analysis: Diagnose performance issues to recommend targeted training, on-the-job assignments, or feedback, guiding stakeholders away from non-impactful requests.
- Execution & Program Delivery: Manage end-to-end corporate training operations, including vendor coordination, module execution, and practical team-building initiatives.
- Digital Learning Integration: Utilize digital tools and modern platforms to drive e-learning and track engagement across the business.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 training staff to ensure high-quality operational delivery.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to translate high-level learning concepts into practical, site-ready programs.
- Experience: Proven track record in corporate training execution; previous leadership over 3–4 direct reports.
- Core Skills: Strong consultative ability, diagnostic mindset, practical program delivery, and familiarity with digital learning tools.
- Personal Traits: High energy, emotionally resilient, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Grounded and practical approach to corporate learning
