We are partnering with a global market leader in piping and flow solutions to appoint a commercially sharp Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Indonesia, with a strong focus on HVAC and data center infrastructure projects.
This is a high-impact, front-line commercial role suited for individuals who are confident operating within a consulting selling driven, project-based sales environment and are motivated by influencing specifications and closing strategic deals.
You will take ownership of developing the HVAC and industrial segment, working closely with:

You will take ownership of developing the HVAC and industrial segment, working closely with:
- Data center developers and operators
- MEP consultants and engineering firms
- EPC contractors and installers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within data centers or/ commercial HVAC, and industrial cooling systems
- Build strong relationships with consultants, owners, and contractors to influence specifications
- Lead technical presentations, product training, and solution positioning
- Manage distributor networks and ensure strong channel alignment
- Track project pipelines and drive conversion from design stage to execution
- Deliver against revenue targets, specification KPIs, and market share growth
