Our Client is recruiting for SVP Finance who will be managing Corporate Finance and Strategy, working closely with the CEO and co-founders.

As SVP Finance, you will undertake all aspects of Corporate Finance and oversee Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and FP&A team, executing company's strategy, compliance, assisting fund raising and other corporate finance activities. This position reports to the COO along with other co-founder.

Job Descriptions:
- Lead the development of long-term financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and value creation frameworks.
- Drive capital allocation decisions across business units, products, and strategic investments.
- Develop financial scenarios supporting business expansion, new products, and regional growth.
- Monitor company performance against strategic and financial objectives.
- Oversee Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Budget division according to the needs of the Company.
- Lead fundraising activities.
- Lead evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships.
- Perform financial valuation, commercial analysis, and transaction modeling.
- Prepare executive presentations for Board meetings and shareholders.
- Develop investor materials including financial updates, strategic plans, and fundraising presentations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as VP or SVP Finance
- Start up experience is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance
- Good knowledge in accounting principles and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
