Embark on a journey with a fast-growing automotive business looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead their purchasing strategy and vendor relationships. You'll oversee vehicle procurement (a major part of the operation), manage spare parts and maintenance sourcing, negotiate pricing across the supply chain, and support the sales team in moving inventory. You'll report directly to C-level leadership, build and mentor your own team, and travel internationally as needed. The role demands someone comfortable in a startup-paced environment with strong English communication skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across operations.
- Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for vehicle acquisition, spare parts, and maintenance, with direct impact on cost and operational efficiency
- Build and manage a procurement team while reporting to senior leadership with scope to shape the function's growth
- Travel internationally and work across multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, high-mobility environment
- Proven procurement and vendor management experience, ideally in the automotive sector
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of reducing costs and securing favourable terms
- Experience managing complex vendor relationships and understanding regulatory compliance in procurement
- Demonstrated ability to work as a generalist across buying, asset management, and operational support
- Fluent English speaker with experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Background in automotive procurement or a similar regulated, asset-heavy industry
- Familiarity with transfer pricing, compliance frameworks, and international procurement practices
