Sr. Finance Manager

Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing group, is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Manager to oversee strategic financial operations and compliance across Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to partner closely with senior management, driving operational excellence, governance, and sustainable business growth in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and delivering data-driven insights to support business growth.
• Collaborate with tax teams to manage audits and proactively mitigate tax risks, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations and Group standards.
• Develop and refine financial policies and internal controls tailored to local and Group requirements; provide technical training to strengthen team capability.
• Act as the primary liaison with Group HQ, aligning policies and facilitating knowledge transfer across regions.
• Lead annual audit processes, resolve findings, and ensure timely reporting to HQ.
• Review financial clauses in major contracts, supporting governance and risk management.
• Partner with the Financial Director to ensure compliance with Indonesian law and provide professional support for strategic decisions.
• Deliver customized financial solutions for new business initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CICP preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in management. Proven track record in leading teams and managing audits.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance within Indonesia highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of PSAK, Hong Kong, and IFRS accounting standards; familiarity with Chinese conglomerate management logic is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong audit expertise, problem-solving ability, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate seamlessly across HQ and local teams.
• Stable, pragmatic, and relationship-oriented professional with a long-term vision.
