Site Head

We are currently looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead a chemical manufacturing facility in Indonesia.

This is a senior plant leadership role, and we are specifically looking for candidates with strong dispersions manufacturing experience and proven end-to-end site leadership.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience leading a large organization
• Strong experience in Industrial Relations
• Proven responsibility for full plant P&L and financial accountability
• Strong leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
