Shift Team Lead

Expose your self to our client operates critical facilities across data centres, hospitals, and industrial environments, managing complex mechanical and electrical systems that keep operations running 24/7. They are seeking an experienced Shift Team Lead to join their West Java facility, taking charge of a shift team responsible for building management systems (BMS) and building automation systems (BAS) across existing and expanding infrastructure. This is a full-time, shift-based role (12-hour rotations) offering the chance to lead a skilled team, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive operational excellence in a high-stakes environment.

• Lead and mentor a shift team managing BMS and BAS across critical facilities infrastructure
• Own root cause analysis and resolution of BMS alarms, with strong mechanical and electrical expertise
• Support facility expansion projects while maintaining operational continuity across data centre, hospital, or industrial environments

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in critical facilities management, including data centre, hospital, oil and gas, or chemical industry environments
• Strong technical foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on BMS and BAS knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve BMS alarms through systematic root cause analysis
• Team leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide technical staff across shift operations
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Formal certification or accreditation in building management systems or building automation
• Experience managing facility expansion or infrastructure upgrade projects
