Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity solutions provider backed by leading regional enterprises. The business is transitioning to a fully commercial, revenue-driven organization, with strong growth ambitions and plans to scale significantly over the next few years.

Operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, the company offers a broad portfolio of cybersecurity solutions and works with multiple global principals and partners. The organization is currently building out its commercial capabilities and is seeking high-impact sales professionals to drive enterprise growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across key enterprise segments, particularly within financial services and regulated industries.

This role is critical in strengthening the company’s commercial engine and requires a hands-on, high-ownership sales leader who can independently build pipeline, close deals, and expand client relationships in a fast-paced, less structured environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across new and existing enterprise clients
  • Actively hunt for new opportunities, with a strong focus on financial services, banking, and fintech sectors
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to position cybersecurity solutions effectively
  • Identify client needs and translate them into solution-based proposals
  • Manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously with high ownership
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and commercial expansion initiatives
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in:
    • Cybersecurity
    • IT solutions
    • Technology services
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and generating revenue
  • Strong experience in hunting / new business development (not purely account management)
  • Existing network within financial services (banks, fintech, insurance) is highly preferred
  • Experience selling complex, solution-based offerings (not transactional products)
  • Strong commercial mindset with high drive, ownership, and execution ability
  • Exposure to cybersecurity solutions (e.g. SOC, SIEM, threat detection, identity, cloud security, etc.)
  • Experience working with multiple principals / vendor ecosystems
  • Background from reputable technology vendors, system integrators, or consulting firms
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales environments in Indonesia
