This role is critical to how users fund accounts, transact, and move money across the platform. You will report to the Lead Product Manager and work closely with engineering, finance, compliance, and external payment partners.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end payment product experience, including deposit, withdrawal, and payment gateway integrations
- Work with third-party payment providers and internal engineering teams to improve reliability, speed, and user experience
- Ensure all payment flows meet regulatory and compliance requirements in the Indonesian financial services context
- Define product metrics, manage the roadmap, and drive cross-functional alignment on payment priorities
- Operate in a multicultural environment with stakeholders across teams and geographies
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience
- Financial services industry background is required, current or previous
- Experience with B2C investment products (stocks, mutual funds, bonds, leverage) or platforms (payments, user engagement) is a strong plus
- Prior exposure to a stock brokerage company is a plus
- Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-functional environments
