Senior Product Manager – B2B Fintech

Having established a strong consumer base, the company is now focusing on its B2B infrastructure, expanding its disbursement and payment capabilities to serve businesses at scale. This is a high visibility role sitting at the core of their next growth chapter.


Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end product strategy and roadmap for B2B disbursement, covering bulk transfers, payout infrastructure, and business payment flows
• Define and drive improvements across disbursement success rates, processing speed, and operational reliability
• Work closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and business development teams to deliver scalable and regulated payment solutions
• Identify and close gaps in the B2B payment experience through data analysis, merchant feedback, and market benchmarking
• Build and monitor product health metrics including transaction success rate, reconciliation accuracy, and partner integration performance
• Lead integrations with banking partners, payment rails, and third party APIs to strengthen disbursement coverage and redundancy

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience with direct exposure to payment, disbursement, or B2B financial products
• Hands on experience building or managing payout systems, bulk transfer infrastructure, or business payment flows
• Background in fintech, digital banking, or regulated financial services is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle, reconciliation processes, risk controls, and compliance requirements in the Indonesian market
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into clear product decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast moving environment with multiple cross functional stakeholders
