About the Role

The Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to senior corporate leaders, working at a strategic level to shape people priorities that support long-term business direction. This role goes beyond traditional HRBP execution and is expected to influence leadership decisions, organizational design, and talent outcomes across key functions.
The Senior HRBP will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with leadership while ensuring strong governance, disciplined people processes, and alignment with group HR standards.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise-Level Business Partnership
  • Act as a strategic people advisor to senior leaders and functional heads, supporting leadership effectiveness and organizational decision-making.
  • Anticipate people and organizational risks arising from business strategy, providing forward-looking recommendations and solutions.
  • Influence leadership behaviors and decisions through sound judgment, data, and strong business understanding.
Workforce & Leadership Effectiveness
  • Shape workforce and capability strategies aligned with business priorities, including identifying critical roles and ensuring succession depth.
  • Facilitate leadership and talent discussions with a focus on readiness, impact, and long-term sustainability.
  • Support the development of leadership capability by identifying gaps and partnering with HR specialists on targeted interventions.
Performance & Organization Governance
  • Provide oversight and direction on performance discipline, ensuring consistent standards across corporate functions.
  • Advise leaders on complex performance cases, role accountability, and consequence management.
  • Ensure clarity in roles, structure, and decision ownership to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Transformation & Change Enablement
  • Play a key role in major organizational initiatives, including restructuring, operating model changes, and corporate transformation programs.
  • Support leaders in navigating change by providing clear frameworks, practical guidance, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as a stabilizing influence during periods of ambiguity or heightened organizational pressure.
HR Leadership & Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent, Rewards, Learning, HR Operations) to ensure integrated and effective HR solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR governance, standards, and group-wide people practices.
  • Serve as a role model for senior HR capability, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure in senior HRBP or enterprise HR advisory roles.
  • Strong background in corporate or head-office environments, with exposure to commercial or manufacturing organizations preferred.
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning, leadership advisory, performance governance, and labor regulations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to inform people's decisions.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strong communication and change leadership capability in complex environments.
