Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP functional support for Procurement (MM/WM/QM) through the ticket management system, ensuring timely issue resolution and business continuity.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on the Procurement (MM/WM/QM) workstream from design through post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Procurement and other SAP modules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP, preparing functional specifications (RICEFW), conducting testing, designing authorizations, and delivering end-user training.
- Prepare solution design documentation and work closely with business stakeholders to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Provide support for Warehouse Management processes when required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP MM implementation, from process design and configuration through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM processes and integration with QM.
- Experience with Logistics Execution processes, including Inbound Delivery, import procurement, and planned delivery costs.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Pricing Procedures and Settlement Management (Rebates).
- Good understanding of Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV) and its integration with SAP Finance (FI).
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, functional specification (RICEFW) preparation, authorization design, system testing, and user training.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution designs and communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) is an advantage.
