Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and AUM growth by acquiring and managing a portfolio of High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients.
- Actively source, prospect, and onboard new HNWI clients through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including portfolio advisory, investment recommendations, and cross-selling of financial products (equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products).
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' financial goals and delivering tailored investment strategies aligned with market conditions.
- Maintain and grow existing client portfolios by increasing wallet share, improving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, product, trading, and marketing) to provide best-in-class investment solutions and client service.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings to enhance client engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure all client interactions and investment activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.
- Support the Head of HNWI in executing business strategies and may mentor junior Relationship Managers where needed.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or HNWI Relationship Management roles.
- Background working Brokerage, Investment Fintech. Investment banks and/or International banks is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNWI clients, with strong AUM and revenue contributions.
- Strong existing network of HNWI clients and demonstrated ability to convert relationships into business.
- Solid understanding of financial products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and structured investments.
- Strong sales-driven mindset with a balance of hunter (acquisition) and farmer (relationship management) capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., WPPE / WMI or equivalent) are highly preferred.
