Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive "Go-to-Market" strategy for the Southern region to ensure maximum brand penetration.
- Distributor Acquisition: Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing them with technical training, marketing support, and sales incentives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and project pipelines to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Sales Execution: Achieve ambitious revenue targets through proactive pipeline management and strategic negotiation.
- Direct Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on market health, forecast accuracy, and expansion milestones.
- The Networker: You possess a "Golden Book" of contacts within the construction chemical distribution space in the South.

- Experience: 7+ years of sales experience in the Construction Chemicals industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in establishing or significantly expanding distribution networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, technical presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the local Southern market dynamics.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the region to meet partners and visit project sites.
