- Lead monthly S&OP and demand review meetings across region countries.
- Prepare and manage long-term rolling forecasts (sales, imports, inventory)
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory performance
- Collaborate closely with distributors and commercial teams to mitigate OOS and excess risks
- Manage purchase orders and shipment coordination to ensure timely product availability
- Develop dashboards and performance KPIs using data analytics tools
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Identify risks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Lead regional projects and contribute to supply chain community best practice sharing
- Manage and develop Supply Chain Coordinator
Experience & Background
- 8–10 years in Demand Planning / S&OP within multinational environment
- Strong exposure to distributor-based markets and multi-country operations
- Proven stakeholder management across commercial, finance, and external partners
- Experience translating commercial drivers into planning actions
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with forecasting systems (e.g., FuturMaster)
- BI/Data visualization knowledge (Power BI is a plus)
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Continuous improvement and automation mindset
- Fluent English (Mandarin or French is a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
