Regional Financial Controller

About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing health technology company operating across Southeast Asia. The organization focuses on strengthening pharmacy networks and improving access to medicine through digital platforms that support healthcare providers and patients across the region.

Your Role:

• Oversee consolidated financial reporting across multiple Southeast Asian entities, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and review group consolidation reports to support leadership decision making.
• Lead core financial operations including accounts receivable settlements, supplier payments, and operational finance processes.
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Lead group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing financial insights to senior leadership.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, financing activities, and business growth opportunities.
• Oversee commission calculations and provide commercial finance support to Business Development teams.
• Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and act as the key liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee regional tax compliance, transfer pricing, and statutory filings across Southeast Asia.
• Provide oversight of regional payroll processes and statutory contributions across operating markets.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional accounting equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years in senior finance roles and ideally audit background, preferably with
• regional oversight in Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/Local GAAP and experience with Oracle NetSuite and Xero is a
• plus.
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor a large, multi-functional team (Accounting, Tax,
• FP&A).
• Have good communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills,
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and be an excellent team player.
• Able to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision.
• Resilient, attention to details and a strong drive to succeed
