R&D Manager

Our client is a growing food and beverage organisation capitalising on strong momentum in the R&D sector. They're looking for an R&D Manager to lead their formulation and technical development efforts. This is a full-time role where you'll drive innovation and bring new products to life, working with a team that values both creative problem-solving and rigorous technical execution.

• Lead R&D strategy and oversee formulation development from concept through to commercialisation
• Build and mentor a technical team, setting standards for quality and innovation
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate market opportunities into viable products

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in R&D management within food and beverage or a related sector
• Strong technical background in formulation, product development, or food science
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects from ideation to launch
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related discipline
• Professional certification or accreditation in food safety or product development
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
