About The Role

You will lead product demonstrations and clinical presentations, guide customers through installation and training, and provide ongoing application support to optimize system performance. Building strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, and healthcare stakeholders will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and clinical presentations for radiology imaging solutions.
- Manage post-sales support: installation, user training, clinical application assistance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Support marketing activities by developing promotional materials, conducting market research, and engaging with customers and professional societies.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist for radiology imaging products (X-ray/CT/MRI) with a global medical imaging company.
- Certified Radiographer or Sonographer.
- Business-level English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation, training, and customer-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
- Experience with PACS, RIS, or Healthcare IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and hospital workflow integration.
- Established network with radiologists and radiographers across Indonesia.
