QA Manager – Pharmaceutical
Our client is a pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance and compliance across their operations.
This is a full-time role based on-site, reporting to the Plant Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products meet regulatory standards set by BPOM and other governing bodies, making critical decisions about product release and compliance. - Lead QA strategy, validation, and compliance across CPOG, CPOB, and BPOM frameworks
- Make authoritative product release decisions and oversee regulatory compliance reporting
- Build and mentor a quality-focused team in a mission-critical pharmaceutical setting
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, validation, and compliance
- Deep knowledge of BPOM regulations, CPOG, and CPOB standards
- Proven track record in product release authorisation and regulatory decision-making
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex compliance matters to senior leadership
- Pharmacy degree (Apoteker) or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QA, compliance, or related pharmacy roles
- Formal certification or training in pharmaceutical quality systems, GMP, or regulatory compliance
