Public Relations (Corporate PR) – Pharma
We are looking for a Corporate Comms/PR candidate to spearhead PR and ESG-related initiatives at our client's company.

Our client is a a leading Indonesian healthcare and consumer goods company with a long-standing presence in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (OTC).
Position Overview
This position is responsible for managing and strengthening the company's image through strategic communication, both internally and externally. The role also ensures strong relationships with media and stakeholders, while supporting the company's reputation in a sustainable manner.
In line with the company's development plans, this position is expected to manage corporate communication strategies, including media communication planning, public issue management, and ensuring that the company's messages are delivered to the public accurately, consistently, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen the company's image through strategic and professional communication.
- Develop corporate communication strategies, including media and public communication planning.
- Act as the main liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including media, partners, and the community.
- Manage internal communication to improve alignment, transparency, and company culture.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with media and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage media plans, including publication arrangements, press releases, and company communications to the public.
- Identify, monitor, and manage potential public issues or sentiment, and prepare appropriate communication actions in sensitive situations or reputational crises.
- Provide strategic communication recommendations to management regarding the company's reputation management.
Must Have Criteria
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Public Relations / Corporate Communication.
- Background in publicly listed companies, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in managing external communication and media relations.
- Understanding of media planning, public communication, and corporate reputation issue management.
- Strong communication skills, public issue analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in issue management or crisis communication.
