Project Manager

Our client is a housing material manufacturer and installer seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate their installation operations. This is a full-time role based in Australia, offering the opportunity to manage a team of installation supervisors, installers, and subcontractors while working closely with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Plan and schedule installation activities across multiple projects and sites
• Lead and manage installation supervisors, installers, and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes
• Coordinate across production, warehouse, logistics, and sales to keep projects on track

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience managing installation teams in the furniture or related manufacturing industry
• Strong project planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple installations simultaneously
• Experience supervising and motivating teams of installers and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards on site

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in project management, operations, or a related field
• Experience in furniture installation, construction, or a similar trade-based industry
• Familiarity with installation management software or scheduling tools
