Project Manager (NPD Management)

Job Purpose: To lead and drive end-to-end new product development and launch activities, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regulatory requirements. This role is accountable for managing the product pipeline, coordinating cross-functional teams, and acting as the key point of contact for international stakeholders to support business growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product development, from initiation to launch
• Build and execute product development strategies and roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
• Act as the single point of contact for product internalization and rollout into the manufacturing site
• Manage new product pipeline and ensure timely delivery of projects in line with targets
• Coordinate closely with headquarters regional stakeholders to gather and align requirements
• Work cross-functionally with QA, RA, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and HR
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, GMP, FDA, and Regional MDR
• Oversee Design & Development activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful execution
• Monitor project progress, provide updates to senior management, and drive performance improvements
• Support validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, and quality systems
• Evaluate product cost (COGS), commercial feasibility, and overall business impact
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support product positioning and development
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within project execution

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Project Management within Medical Device (preferred) or Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality standards (ISO, GMP, FDA, Regional MDR)
• Proven experience in new product introduction (NPI), product launch
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Excellent stakeholder management with experience working with international teams
• Very good command of English
