Production Support Manager – Pharmaceutical

Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation based in Karawang, Indonesia, seeking an experienced Production Support Manager to oversee three critical operational units. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring seamless production support across a regulated, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

• Manage three interconnected units: Procurement, warehouse operations, and supply chain compliance
• Lead a team responsible for pharmaceutical cold chain integrity and regulatory adherence
• Drive efficiency across procurement, inventory management, and cross-border logistics

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in cold storage operations and temperature-controlled logistics within a pharmaceutical setting
• Strong procurement background with demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and cost control
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, including import/export compliance and documentation
• Experience managing multiple teams or departments with clear accountability for operational outcomes
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain planning tools
