Production Manager

Our Client is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery across their custom projects. You'll be the backbone of their operations, managing workflows, coordinating teams, and maintaining the standards that keep clients coming back.

• Manage full production cycles
• Lead and coordinate production teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Optimise workflows, reduce waste, and continuously improve operational efficiency

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience managing production in building materials, appliances or interior design environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
• Hands-on knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate production teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in Production Management, Operations, or a related field
• Experience with production planning software or ERP systems
• Background in bespoke or made-to-order manufacturing environments
