Production Manager – Pharmaceutical

They are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team and report directly to the Plant Head. This is an opportunity to lead production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment, bringing your expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing to a growing operation.

• Lead production operations for solid dosage form (tablet) manufacturing in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Report directly to the Plant Head with responsibility for day-to-day production management and team oversight
• Based at the Cikarang facility with the chance to shape manufacturing excellence and compliance standards

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on solid dosage form production
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical production
• Demonstrated ability to manage production teams, quality control, and operational efficiency
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with international stakeholders and documentation requirements
• Experience in process optimisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Formal qualification or certification in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production management
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
