Production Manager

Our client is a personal care products manufacturer seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operations. This full-time role offers the opportunity to oversee end-to-end production across mixing, filling, and packing processes, managing teams and driving operational excellence in a regulated environment.

• Lead production planning, scheduling, and team management across a multi-process manufacturing site
• Drive continuous improvement in OEE, productivity, yield, and waste reduction
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, BPOM, K3, and quality standards while supporting new product launches

Preferred Requirements

• Proven production management experience in personal care or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong expertise in production planning and inventory control (PPIC)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams, supervisors, and operators
• Solid understanding of GMP, BPOM, K3, and quality compliance frameworks
• Experience monitoring and optimising key metrics including OEE, productivity, yield, rejection rates, and downtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum two years' experience managing production teams in a personal care manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with batch record management, SOPs, and production documentation systems
