This is a high impact role that sits at the core of the platform's growth and compliance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for KYC and onboarding, covering identity verification, document submission, compliance checks, and user activation flows
- Define and drive improvements across onboarding conversion, KYC approval rates, and drop-off reduction throughout the activation funnel
- Work closely with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and design teams to build onboarding flows that are both user friendly and fully aligned with OJK regulatory requirements
- Lead integrations with third party identity verification providers, Dukcapil, and other data sources to strengthen KYC accuracy and speed
- Monitor and analyse platform health metrics including onboarding completion rates, KYC pass rates, and time to activation
- Identify and close gaps in the onboarding experience through user research, funnel analysis, and continuous iteration
- Mentor and guide product managers within the platform squad, contributing to team capability and delivery quality
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience with direct ownership of B2C KYC, onboarding, or identity verification products
- Must have consumer facing product experience where onboarding is a core part of the user journey, not a peripheral function
- Strong understanding of KYC and onboarding compliance requirements within the Indonesian regulated financial services landscape
- Proven track record of improving onboarding conversion and reducing friction across large scale consumer platforms
- Experience working with identity data providers, government data integrations, and automated scoring or approval systems is a strong advantage
- Data driven approach to prioritisation with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in fintech, digital banking, or investment platforms is highly preferred
