Procurement Manager – Healthcare

Our client is a healthcare organisation seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead their sourcing and vendor management function. The successful candidate will bring five years of healthcare procurement experience, a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks, and a proven track record in vendor negotiation and cost control. The candidate will manage end-to-end procurement processes including tender management, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.

Preferred Requirements

• Min. 5 years of procurement experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, or medical manufacturers
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, tender processes, and contract negotiation
• Strong cost control and budget management capabilities with measurable outcomes
• Proficiency with LKPP systems, including e-catalog, e-purchasing, and SPSE functionality
• Ability to manage stakeholders across clinical, operational, and finance teams in a regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
• Certification in Procurement of Goods and Services
• Knowledge of healthcare procurement regulations and compliance frameworks
