- Manage procurement strategy for a substantial product range, including spare parts, tooling, and ancillary services across multiple vendor categories
- Lead vendor management and relationship building with key suppliers, particularly direct material suppliers from Asia and Europe
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across APAC, requiring strong English communication and cultural awareness
- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with demonstrated expertise in the automotive or related manufacturing sector
- Proven track record managing vendor relationships, including negotiations with suppliers of direct materials and ancillary services such as cleaning and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications relevant to spare parts and tooling procurement
- Fluent English communication skills, with experience working across international teams and time zones
- Experience managing large, complex SKU portfolios and category-based procurement strategies
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration
- Professional certification such as APICS CSCP, CIPS, or equivalent procurement credential
- Background in automotive manufacturing or tier-one supplier environments
