PPIC Manager

Advance your career with a growing multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing company in West Java’s industrial hub. They're looking for an experienced PPIC Manager to lead production planning and inventory control across their manufacturing operations. This is a strategic managerial role offering significant exposure to warehousing, inventory, and logistics.

• Lead end-to-end production planning, inventory control, and material management in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Strategic role coordinating across production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams
• Opportunity to drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment, with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Strong expertise in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, production scheduling, MRP, MPS, and demand planning
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP/CPOB requirements, and quality standards
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; pharmacy graduates are strongly preferred
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and planning
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, with demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives
